The Low Carbon Heating project is run by Renewable Energy Systems Limited, in association with Wood Energy Limited, under Phase II of the Department of Trade & Industry Low Carbon Buildings Programme. The aim is to provide renewable energy solutions to the public sector with the benefit of government grant funding.

Wood Energy Limited (WEL) is the number one biomass heating company in the United Kingdom, supplying and installing fully automatic, cost-effective biomass systems ranging from 5kW stoves to 10,000kW industrial boilers. The boilers are manufactured by Binder GmbH, an Austrian company which through many years of experience has optimized their product to the highest standards.
